Dr Prasenjit Kumar Singh, professionally known as Dr Kumar, is a British-Indian educationist, entrepreneur, institutional chairman and international strategist with more than twenty-five years of leadership experience across education, business, international partnerships, social care, housing, workforce mobility, strategic consulting, humanitarian initiatives and sustainable development.

An engineer by profession, Dr Kumar began his education-sector journey in 2000 and has since built, chaired and supported multiple education and mission-driven institutions in the United Kingdom, Europe, the United States and internationally. His early leadership included Preston University, London Campus, Halifax College London, Albert College Leicester and other institutions operating under the Halifax Group of Colleges.
